Terms and Conditions for Globalcare’s Referral Program

 

1.0 How the Program Works
Globalcare’s Referral Program allows participants to earn rewards by referring friends, family, and acquaintances to Globalcare. Participants must share their unique referral link with eligible candidates who are new patients looking to book dental care abroad through Globalcare’s concierge service. Once the referred candidate completes a qualifying procedure worth $5,000 or more at a clinic within Globalcare’s network, the referring participant will earn a $250 gift card, and the referred participant will receive a $100 gift card to help with their trip.

 

2.0 A Referral Is
-- A new user who has not previously used Globalcare’s services.
-- Someone who successfully books and undergoes a qualifying dental procedure valued at $5,000 or more (excluding ancillary services such as travel or lodging) at one of Globalcare’s network of affiliated clinics in Mexico and Latin America.
-- Referrals must be limited to individuals personally known to the participant, such as friends, family, or acquaintances. Existing Globalcare users cannot be referred.
-- Referrals are subject to verification and confirmation with participating clinics; only verified referrals qualify for rewards.

 

3.0 Rewards and Offers
-- Referrers will receive a $250 gift card per successful referral.
-- Referred participants will receive a $100 gift card to help with their trip upon completing their qualifying procedure.
-- Rewards are limited to retailers available through Tremendous’ catalog, offering 200+ options. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
-- No additional incentives or rewards apply.

 

4.0 Issuing of Rewards and Offers
-- Gift cards will be issued digitally through Tremendous after Globalcare receives confirmation from the clinic that the referred candidate has completed the qualifying procedure.
-- Referrals are subject to verification by Globalcare. Rewards will typically be issued within 3-5 days of receiving confirmation from the clinic. However, delays may occur due to clinic reporting timelines or unforeseen circumstances.

 

5.0 Privacy
-- All personal information collected and processed as part of this Referral Program will be used in accordance with Globalcare’s Privacy Policy, available at www.getglobalcare.com.
-- Participants must respect the privacy rights of referred individuals and must not share their contact information without their prior consent.

 

6.0 Completed Referrals and Limit
-- There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make.
-- Only new users who meet the eligibility criteria (outlined in Section 2.0) qualify for the Referral Program.

 

7.0 Restrictions
-- Referrals should be limited to individuals personally known to the participant.
-- Spam or intrusive sharing methods, including mass unsolicited messages, are strictly prohibited. Participants must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and any similar state or federal regulations governing unsolicited communications.
-- Participants must not share referral links on platforms containing adult content, gambling, tobacco, alcohol, political, or illegal activities.
-- The Referral Program is for personal use only and must not be used for commercial purposes.

 

8.0 Term and Termination
-- This Referral Program will run for an initial three-month window starting today. Globalcare reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the program at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
-- Referrals made prior to the program’s termination date will remain eligible for rewards, provided they meet the program’s criteria.

 

9.0 Disclaimer
-- Globalcare acts solely as an intermediary providing selected information about medical providers within its network. Globalcare does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The choice of medical provider and the outcome of any medical procedure are the sole responsibility of the patient.
-- By participating in this Referral Program and using Globalcare’s services, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Globalcare disclaims all liability for the quality or outcomes of any medical procedures obtained through its network. 10.0 General
-- These Referral Terms are published by Globalcare Network, Inc. (“we,” “us,” and “our”). Our Referral Program as displayed on our website www.getglobalcare.com and these Terms form a binding agreement for both Referring Users (“you” or “your(s)”) and people who receive our referral invitation.
-- Participants may only invite personal friends, family members, and acquaintances to this Referral Program.
-- Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Globalcare’s policies.

 

11.0 Amendments
-- Globalcare may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may include updates to rewards, program eligibility, and other details. Participants are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for updates.

 

12.0 Violations
-- Globalcare reserves the right to cancel or withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud, tampering, or violations of these Terms.
-- Current or former employees, contractors, or affiliates of Globalcare may be restricted from participating in the Referral Program.

 

13.0 Disclaimer and Indemnification
-- Globalcare offers this Referral Program on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No guarantees are made regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the program or rewards.
-- Participants agree to indemnify Globalcare from all claims, liabilities, and damages resulting from their participation in the program.

 

14.0 No Correspondence
-- Globalcare is not obligated to respond to complaints or disputes regarding the Referral Program. Rewards are final and non-exchangeable.

 

15.0 Applicable Law
-- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles. You and Globalcare submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts and federal courts located within Dallas, Texas for resolution of any lawsuit or court proceeding permitted under these Terms.
